FIROOZ T. NAMEI
PARTNER
Firooz started McKinney & Namei Co, LPA with his late partner, Daniel H. McKinney. While Daniel brought his estate planning knowledge to the table, Firooz contributed a unique, firsthand perspective on the legal challenges of being a U.S. immigrant. Today, Firooz continues to use that insight to better serve his clients in all areas of the law.
JORGE E. DALENCE GASTELU
MANAGING PARTNER
Jorge E. Dalence Gastelu earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in 2009 from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2007 from Universidad Privada Boliviana in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He also completed nine credit hours toward a Certificate in U.S. Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
PATRICK TILDEN
PARTNER
Originally from Chesterton, Indiana, Pat first came to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University, where he studied History and Economics. After undergrad, he attended Indiana University, Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
NATALIE PATEY
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Natalie joined Namei & Dalence LLC as an Associate Attorney in August 2024. She has worked in family-based immigration since 2022 and especially enjoys handling spousal petitions and juvenile cases, as she believes it is essential to help families stay together.
M. SOFIA FINDLAN
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Sofia joined Namei & Dalence LLC as an Associate Attorney in May 2025. She earned her J.D. from NKU Chase College of Law in 2024 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in February 2025. During law school, she clerked for a small immigration firm handling asylum, removal defense, SIJS, VAWA, U Visas, and family-based petitions.
